Fees include VAT where applicable. We confirm the scope and total before payment. There is no recurring charge and no payment facility on this website.
What changes an estimate
A tailored quote may be needed for multiple sponsors, company or trust records, more than 25 pages, several currencies, or a document trail involving a sale, gift and investment movement. Additional pages do not merely take longer; they create more cross-references to reconcile. We therefore inspect a document inventory—not the sensitive records themselves—before quoting.
Timing and urgent requests
Normal turnaround begins when the complete agreed set is received. A request under two working days is accepted only when capacity and scope permit and may carry a R650 priority fee. We will not accept an urgent fee if there is not enough time to do a responsible review.
Corrections and extra work
The comprehensive fee includes one check of corrected documents within seven days. Replacing the original evidence with a different account, sponsor or source of funds is a new scope. We explain any additional fee before work continues.
