A transfer that looked like new money

A postgraduate applicant had moved savings from a notice account into a current account shortly before printing statements. The receiving statement showed one large credit, while the older account appeared only in an unlabeled PDF. Our review did not question ownership of the money; it showed that the document set failed to connect the two sides.

The applicant obtained the missing sending statement, aligned the date and amount in a short explanation, and used one label for the source account throughout.
