Who this review is for
This service suits a visa applicant whose financial position cannot be shown by one uncomplicated bank statement. Common situations include a sponsor paying costs, funds held across current and savings accounts, a property sale, investment redemption, irregular self-employed income, or a large transfer near the application date.
What we review
The fixed fee covers up to 25 pages of bank statements, payslips, sponsor evidence, source-of-funds records and a draft financial explanation. We check names, dates, statement periods, running balances, currencies, transaction descriptions and the path between source documents and the amount claimed in the application.
You receive:
- a written issue list, ordered as critical, clarification needed or presentational;
- notes on unexplained credits, gaps and inconsistent labels;
- a suggested document order and naming convention;
- comments on a draft sponsor or source-of-funds explanation;
- a 30-minute follow-up call; and
- one check of corrected documents submitted within seven days.
What is outside scope
We do not provide immigration legal advice, certify documents, translate records, verify whether money is genuinely available, contact banks or embassies, or guarantee that evidence satisfies a particular authority. We do not need online banking credentials, card numbers, PINs or original passports.
How the engagement runs
1. Scope confirmation
Send the destination country, visa category, intended submission date and approximate page count through the enquiry form. Do not attach financial records to the first message. We confirm whether the review is suitable and identify any documents we cannot assess.
2. Prepared copies
After confirmation, you receive instructions for redacting irrelevant transactions and supplying legible PDF copies. Account-holder names, dates, balances and relevant transaction descriptions must remain visible. Documents should be in English or accompanied by a translation you have arranged.
3. Written findings
Within two to four working days after the complete set arrives, we return a structured review. The clock pauses if pages are missing or unreadable. The follow-up call is used to clarify findings; it is not a second consultation on visa eligibility.
Before requesting the service
Have the latest required statement period available, check the official guidance for your visa route, and identify who owns each account. Tell us about any deadline under five working days before paying so we can honestly confirm capacity.
