Acceptance and service boundary

By booking or using a review, you accept these terms. Host Flowhub examines supplied financial documents for internal consistency, clarity, completeness and presentation. We do not act as an immigration lawyer, financial adviser, bank, verification agency or representative before a visa authority. A review is not a promise that an application is eligible, complete or likely to succeed.

Client responsibilities

You must provide lawful, accurate and legible copies, disclose relevant document context, follow the current official requirements for your visa route, and avoid sending credentials or original identity records. You confirm that you have authority to share a sponsor’s or joint account holder’s information. Altered, misleading or unlawfully obtained records may result in immediate termination without further work.

Fees and delivery

Scope, fee and timing are confirmed in writing before work starts. Delivery dates begin only after payment and receipt of the complete agreed set. Missing, unreadable or materially changed documents may pause delivery or require a new quote. Website prices are guidance and do not themselves create a booking.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in documents you supply. Host Flowhub retains copyright in its report format, original guidance and website material. You may use a report privately for the related application and professional advice, but may not resell, publish or remove authorship from it.

Confidentiality and data

We handle records according to our privacy notice. Confidentiality does not prevent disclosure required by South African law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats or legal claims.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Host Flowhub is not liable for a visa refusal, delayed appointment, changed authority guidance, translation defect, bank error or decision based on facts outside the agreed review. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fee paid for the affected service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under applicable consumer law.

Cancellation, termination and changes

Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our refund policy. We may terminate an engagement for abuse, unlawful requests, conflicts of interest or non-cooperation. We may update these website terms prospectively; the terms confirmed when an engagement is accepted govern that engagement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a concern through info@host-flowhub.digital. Subject to applicable consumer rights, South African courts have jurisdiction.
